Open Position: Project Manager
Full-time position available at both locations
Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial exterior projects from sale to completion
- Communicate with homeowners and property managers throughout projects
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards
- Handle insurance claim documentation when applicable
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Problem-solve on-site challenges
- Use our custom-built CRM to track and manage all project details
Requirements
- 1+ years construction project management experience
- Knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with technology (CRM systems, tablets)
