Residential Project Manager

About the Job

As an ACI Residential Project Manager, you will be selling our services as a licensed GC to homeowners, either through retail or insurance work. New project managers are trained on and start off in shingled roofs, and can advance to siding, gutters, and masonry. You can eventually take on more complex residential projects and even commercial projects if you have proven yourself.
You will be responsible for obtaining customers, managing the project, and collecting payment. You will have an assigned team lead who will always be there to answer questions and help guide you along the way.
IMPORTANT: This is not a position where you will be handed success and pushed along. Our project managers are all motivated and hard working individuals. The hardest part of this position is the self-motivation needed to want to succeed every day.
